Digital Project Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
Pirate Labs, founder of ahoy! Email, is seeking a Project Manager with 1-2+ years of experience to collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage and organize the timely execution of high-quality work. Please note: this is not a sales position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resource management for all projects, including websites, apps, and marketing retainers
- Proactively collecting and managing all project details
- Acting as the liaison between clients and our creative and technical teams, both internal and contract
- Clearly communicating project requirements to all teams
- Clearly communicating team abilities and timelines to clients
- Taking full accountability for project work
- Keeping team members motivated so we can produce on-time, on-budget, and exceptional work
- Presenting ideas to internal teams and clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently live in the metro Atlanta area
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2+ years agency project management experience
- Digital nerd
- Creative, curious, and eager to join a small, “all hands on deck” team
- Perfectionist and hustler
- Must love learning, food, goofing off, and team outings
For such a dynamic role, we’re seeking a candidate who possesses a variety of skills:
- At least 1-2+ years of digital agency project management experience is required.
- You excel at time management & organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Copywriting & digital marketing experience are pluses.
- You must love all-things-digital and working with small businesses.
- You’re the kind of employee who reads industry blogs for fun and knows the latest digital platforms, trends, and best practices.
