RESPONSIBILITIES

Pirate Labs, founder of ahoy! email marketing and a fast-paced Inman Park agency and startup, is seeking a digital guru and customer success manager with 2-4+ years of experience to help us launch our brand new email marketing tool, ahoy! You will be wearing many hats. Some of your responsibilities will include: working with agency clients to gather needs, make recommendations, and deliver results; onboarding new ahoy! email users and showing them the ropes; working with existing ahoy! users to ensure that it drives the most value possible; helping out with ahoy!’s digital marketing efforts. Pirate Labs is a digital agency specializing in email marketing, web and application development, and UI/UX design for select clients. We are launching an email marketing product called ahoy!, and we are a small, tight-knit team is filled with imaginative, entrepreneurial people who constantly strive to better the company as a whole.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Currently live in the metro Atlanta area
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years account management/customer success experience
  • Email and digital marketing nerd
  • Creative, curious, and eager to join a small, “all hands on deck” team
  • Perfectionist and hustler
  • Must love learning, food, goofing off, and team outings

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • At least two years of experience with digital account management and/or product customer success management
  • You are well-versed in website and digital marketing best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You must love email marketing and working with small businesses.
  • You’re the kind of employee who reads industry blogs for fun and knows the latest digital platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Do you sign up for random newsletters and follow odd Facebook pages just to examine content? Welcome home.
  • You want to join an exciting venture at an early stage and are excited to grow within the company over time.
